Your order will not be accepted until Cards4Stars confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please carefully review your order before submitting it, as Cards4Stars may not be able to cancel it once it has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided when the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Return Policy [LINK].

You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are intended solely for personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Use of the Store does not grant you any rights to the content made available in the Store. In the event of a violation of these Terms, the Seller may take appropriate measures permitted by law, including restricting or blocking access to the User’s account if the User has an account in the Store.

CHAPTER 13 – TERMINATION

The Seller may suspend or delete a User’s account in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Deletion of an account does not affect the rights and obligations of the parties arising from sales contracts concluded before its deletion.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms in the event of changes in applicable law, expansion or modification of the Store’s business activities, introduction of new services or functionalities, or for other important reasons.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the Store’s website.

Changes to the Terms do not affect rights acquired by Customers before the date on which the changes enter into force. In the case of Users with an account in the Store, the Seller may notify them of significant changes to the Terms by email or through a notice posted in the Store.
